Carolina Concierge’s Service Levels are designed to look after the well-being of

your primary residence, vacation home, or investment property. Our strength is

in our attention to detail, ensuring that your property is protected and profes-

sionally managed. We customize the oversite management plan based on your

needs.

During each visit to your property, the grounds, the exterior, and the interior of

your home will be inspected to help you avoid problems and by advising you of

maintenance “best practices”. Frequent walk-throughs mean no surprises.


Property/Grounds: As a Master Gardener, I can oversee and advise you regard-

ing your landscape maintenance service contract with specific attention toward:

• Bedded areas free of weeds.

• Drainage issues.

• Fallen tree limbs and debris removal.

• Herbicides and fertilization.

• Plantings and sod appropriately irrigated and trimmed.

• Tree pruning and pinecone removal.

• Sidewalks and driveways blown or shoveled if needed in winter.


Ala Cart Concierge Services

• After hours access to the home for special requests.

• Alarm/Security Check.

• Arrival/Departure Service- (Standard in the Platinum Level).

• Change batteries in smoke alarms annually.

• Errands (dry cleaners, deliveries etc.)

• Floral Arrangements.

• Food Shopping.

• Holiday decorations.

• House cleaning.

• Home access for repair contractors.

• Indoor Plant watering.

• Oversight of maintenance agreements- (Bi-annual HVAC, Landscaping, Termite).

• Pressure washing.

• Refrigerator cleaning/freezer defrosting.

• Reservations.

• Restocking (i.e. Indoor/outdoor light bulbs, filters for the heating/AC system).

• Rug & furniture cleaning.

• Shipping & receiving (Standard in the Platinum Level).

• Start cars (Standard in the Platinum Level).

• Storm Preparation & Asset Protection- (Standard in the Platinum Level).

• Window Cleaning- Inside/Outside.

Arrival/Departure Services

Arrival:

• Arrange pre-arrival cleaning upon request.

• Check light bulbs and replace as needed

• Freshen linens.

• Open blinds/curtains for day arrival.

• Set thermostat appropriately.

• Turn up water heater.

• Turn on ice maker.

• Turn on lights if late arrival expected.

Departure:

• Arrange departure cleaning upon request.

• Bring in deck cushions/pads.

• Check that the home is properly secured.

• Check all appliances.

• Check that all lights are turned off.

• Close blinds/curtains.

• Dispose of any foods that might spoil.

• Empty dishwasher.

• Ensure that all trash is disposed properly.

• Prepare your home for winter months.

• Set thermostat appropriately.

• Trash/Recycle/Yard Debris Bins set out or brought in.

• Turn off ice maker.

• Turn down water heater.
